She was so helpful with all of my (TONS) of questions prior to buying my first Chin, then after the purchase, she continued to care. This was my first Chinchilla, and I'm not sure how many breeders communicate with potential buyers, but I was sincerely impressed with Jamie prior to buying my Chin. But the post-communication is what impressed me even more. She could have easily brushed me off after making a sale, but she truly cares about her customers, and all of the Chinchillas that come from her establishment. She she continues to answer all of my questions expediently. The establishment was clean and well kept, and all of the Chinchillas were kept well. What I think really made a difference to me, was that her children go and play with the babies in the afternoons, so they are used to being held and played with. They also have a system that shows which ones are the most social/playful. When I picked mine out, he came right out of the cage to her and then went right into my arms. We bonded immediately. I will quit rambling on, the bottom line is that Jamie and Lowcountry Chinchillas are wonderful and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone considering buying one, Jamie has a wonderful system and is very caring. I truly believe that the reason I love and have bonded so well with my Chin, is because it came from Jamie, and had such a wonderful life even before he came to his forever home. Rating 5
