Chinchillas.org Web Hosting Terms of Service and Contract
By signing up for our web hosting under either Chinchillas.org or ChinchillaBreeder.com you agree to the following terms:
User Account
You are responsible for accessing your account, meaning your access to a computer and internet service to access the web.
You are responsible for keeping up with your password. If you loose your password you will not be able to access your site and the administration has no way of retrieving it for you.
You are responsible for keeping your password private. We are not responsible if someone obtains your password and gains access to your file manager.
Minors
You must be 18 years old to sign up for paid hosting.
Fees
If you are signing up for a paid account the annual charge will be due before your account is activated. Fees are nonrefundable. If you choose to cancel your account during the year you will not receive a refund. At the end of your paid year you may choose to cancel your account or pay in full for the next year. If your account goes 30 days past due your site may be deleted and all information lost. Payment can be made by Credit Card through PayPal.com or by check through the mail. You are responsible for notifying us if your email address changes. We will send out an email to the address on file for payment reminders.
Content
You understand that sites must be about chinchillas and must be family friendly. If your site is found to have information that is pornographic, racial, violent, or degrading in any way, your site will be removed. Paid accounts will not receive a refund. Sites are also not aloud to contain harmful or derogatory comments about other breeders, people, or companies. These sites will also be removed and no refund given.
Commercial sites
Web sites for Chinchilla sales and chinchilla products are aloud. All other commercial websites will be removed and no refund will be given.
Down time & loss of files
You understand that you are buying space on our web site that is hosted by an outside company. We can not be responsible for down time or loss of information due to hosting problems that are out of our control.
Ownership
Content you upload to the site remains the sole ownership of you. You agree not to upload any copyrighted information or pictures without the permission of the owner. Chinchillas.org and its affiliates, owners, managers, or team members are not responsible for hosted site content. If we are made aware that your site contains copyrighted information you do not have permission to use, your site will be removed. No refund will be given. We are willing to work with you in the event that you did not realize there was a copywrite infringement. If the information or pictures are removed in a timely fashion your site will not be deleted.
